Rules of the Innovative Business Club (IBC)
Section 1: Terms of membership
1.1 Membership
1.1.1 Membership in the IBC is open to individual entrepreneurs and businesses.

1.2 Participation and contribution
1.2.1 Members are expected to participate in the club not only to receive opportunities, but also to provide opportunities to other members. We may monitor opportunities given and received to ensure fair participation. Members who do not adhere to this principle may be expelled by a majority decision of the members.

1.3 Affiliation with other organizations
1.3.1 Participants who are members of other network organizations should provide a proportionate number of opportunities to IBC members.

1.4 Regularity of participation
1.4.1 Members or member companies should attend at least half of the regular meetings.

1.5 Replacement of a representative
1.5.1 Members have the opportunity to provide a substitute from their organization to take their place in case of absence.

Section 2: Applications for membership
2.1 Familiarization with the rules
2.1.1 Everyone can familiarize themselves with the rules, opportunities and news of the club on the website.

2.2 Application procedure
2.2.1 Potential participants can become members by registering on the website and paying a monthly membership fee, if they wish.

Section 3: Club memberships
3.1 Billing and payment
3.1.1 Club subscriptions are invoiced four days before the start of the new month. Payment must be made before the start of the next 30-day cycle and is non-refundable.

3.2 Inviting guests
3.2.1 Members have the right to invite guests to free events for interested parties who are considering joining the club.

3.3 Cooperation with guests
3.3.1 Guests requesting information on specific areas of business should only be directed to members whose Club-approved portfolio includes the services they are requesting.

Chapter 4: Networking
4.1 Working with clients
4.1.1 Participants who allocate opportunities on behalf of a client are considered to be client managers for that client.

4.2 Coordination of work
4.2.1 The Account Manager is responsible for coordinating the work with clients and ensuring a high level of client service.

4.3 Recommendations for clients
4.3.1 Members may recommend their clients to other members, but further introductions should be discussed with the original member’s account manager.

4.4 Working with clients through a manager
4.4.1 If a member visits or performs work for a client introduced by an account manager, any further enquiries from that client that may lead to further work for another member should be referred back to the account manager for consideration.

Section 5: Club Code
5.1 Behavior and ethics
5.1.1 Participants undertake to conduct themselves in a professional manner and meet ethical standards.

5.2 Maintaining reputation
5.2.1 Members undertake to maintain the reputation of the club and other members.

5.3 Honesty and objectivity
5.3.1 Members undertake to perform their work with due integrity, without bias, and not to allow personal views to influence their judgment.

5.4 Confidentiality
5.4.1 Participants shall maintain the confidentiality of client information and not disclose it to third parties without prior authorization of the client.

5.5 Prevention of conflicts of interest
5.5.1 Members shall not use information obtained from one client that may be detrimental to another client.

Section 6: Mentoring
6.1 Mentoring scheme
6.1.1 The IBC shall periodically introduce a mentoring scheme for businesses to assist them in setting up, managing business change and other matters.

6.2 Applications for mentoring
6.2.1 The Club Council may support applications for mentoring under certain conditions.

Section 7: Charitable giving
7.1 Supporting charitable organizations
7.1.1 The IBC may support local charities through sponsorship of events throughout the year with the approval of the board members.

7.2 Financial support
7.2.1 Financial support for charitable organizations typically includes financial contributions from events and promotions.

7.3 Recommendations from charitable organizations
7.3.1 Club members are invited to recommend charitable organizations for support.

7.4 Representation to the Board
7.4.1 A member representing a charitable organization may make a presentation to the board members on their proposal.

Section 8: Meetings of the board members
8.1 Conduct of meetings
8.1.1 Meetings of the members of the club’s board shall be held at the request of the founders of the club or at the request of the members of the board.

8.2 Publication of the minutes
8.2.1 A copy of the minutes shall be sent to all members of the board for comment.

Section 9: Events
9.1 Organization of events
9.1.1 The IBC may organize events for members throughout the year at the request of the members and subject to the availability of financial resources.

9.2 Paid events
9.2.1 IBC may organize paid events at a discounted rate for its members.
